Required Documents - If you own a e-commerce storefront or a brick and mortar and are interested in carrying our collection, we require a copy of your business license, as well as Form 01-339 to be on file. We will provide you with the later form, as we are required by the State of Texas to have this completed form on file. We also asked that you fill out our New Retailer Account Form, which will be emailed to you once you submit your inquiry and your wholesale account is activated.
Minimums - We dropship all of our products; therfore, we do not have a minimum order requirement.
Discounts - All products are discounted 50% off of retail prices.
Lead Times - All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. RUSH orders are welcome for no additonal fees (with the exception of expedited shipping fees) and are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ask that you please provide a request by date for orders when possible to ensure timely delivery.
Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You may keep a credit card on file, submit payment when ordering or we will send you a PayPal invoice. Payment must be made within 1-2 business days for RUSH orders or within 3-5 business days for regular orders. Orders will not ship until payment has been received. Sterling Blessings is a division of Fairy Tale Jewels LLC. Your credit/debit card statement will post as Fairy Tale Jewels LLC for all SterlingBlessings.com transactions.
Shipping - All dropship items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for a $6 flat rate. If ordering more than two gift items, shipping is a $10 flat rate. RUSH orders are shipped via USPS EXPRESS for a $20 flat rate and and $25 flat rate for gifting items. All Express packages are mailed with a tracking # and required signature. Please keep in mind that if the package is time sensitive and there is no one to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to pick the package up from the post office. You may request to waive the required signature, but if there is no one to accept the package, the postal carrier will leave the package. Note that waiver of signature voids the $100 insurance on the package. Please note prices are subject to change without notice, as we increase our postal rates when the USPS updates their rates. Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
How to Place an Order - You may place your order online (be sure you are logged into your wholesale account), you may email orders to sales@sterlingblessings.com, place your order over the phone at 713.560.2265 or fax your order to 832.201.9895.
Returns/Exchanges/Damages - Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Claims must be made within 3 days from the confirmed delivery date. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will work with you individually to ensure your satisfaction.
Silver Prices - The precious metal market is extremely volatile. Prices tend to fluctuate considerably, but we do our best to stay abreast of the market and adjust our prices accordingly to eliminate constant price changes. Sterling silver is the highest it has been in decades and continues to rise. You may keep track of the current sterling silver rates and information at kitcosilver.com.
CPSIA Compliance - We only use .925 sterling silver beads, charms and components and freshwater cultured pearls in our jewelry designs. We also use lead-safe Swarovski crystals. We do hold General Certificates of Conformity (GCC) for all non-approved components to ensure they meet the standards set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA).
Packaging - All of our jewelry items are displayed on jewelry cards and are packaged with anti-tarnish squares and sealed in clear bags and then tucked into our signature, hinged-top tin containers and wrapped with a gorgeous bow, so items are packaged, ready for gifting.
Distribution - Resale of The Sterling Blessings Collection through third-party vendors is strictly prohibited. Businesses who violate this policy will have their account automatically terminated and all listings on third-party sites will be reported and cancelled.
